Fail-safe Electronics for Automotive
Accelerating NPI with Deep Data: From First Silicon to Volume
Are You Confident Your Next Chip Will Perform as Expected?
As process nodes and architectures advance, ensuring that designs behave as intended becomes increasingly difficult. In post-silicon validation, the challenges of verifying that a chip meets its specifications, understanding its operational limits, and characterizing its power and performance are also rising accordingly.
At the same time, market pressures demand faster time-to-market. This tension makes the NPI (New Product Introduction) stage more challenging than ever, especially as current best-known methods can no longer keep pace with these complexities.
Join our 40-minute webinar including a live demo showcasing customer case studies, demonstrating how deep data analytics accelerates NPI and streamlines the path to volume.
- Detect early parametric variations and performance drifts
- Validate design assumptions to avoid costly overdesign
- Unify data across design, test, and validation
- Apply analytics to compare performance across dies, wafers, and lots
- Turn test-floor data into actionable insights
